Dr. Jacqueline Jere-Folotiya is an educational psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in education as a lecturer, researcher, and advocate for foundational learning. She serves in the University of Zambia’s Department of Psychology, where she contributes to educational and developmental research in Zambia. As a project manager and principal investigator, she has led numerous government- and donor-funded initiatives, working with diverse stakeholders to develop operational plans, strengthen measurement systems, promote data-driven decision-making, and enhance programmatic impact through thoughtful, evidence-informed design.
